Launching the digital division

In 2010, before the digital agency industry boomed, Endeecomm had already launched its digital division with the aim of helping clients prepare their digital asset infrastructure. The evolution of the digital industry has presented a challenge for all of us, as building a brand through digital platforms can be quite difficult.

Endeecomm believes that building a strong brand requires consistent communication. For Endeecomm, virality and increasing followers are not the primary goals. Instead, we focus on using digital platforms as a means to sell products and convey product messages more clearly.

Endeecomm was entrusted by Advan to establish a new division: e-commerce enabler. With monthly turnovers reaching billions of rupiah, Endeecomm's e-commerce enabler, branded as ALLADA (All Ada - All There), continues to learn and strive to become the best enabler in the fulfillment business and in integrating social media campaigns that directly impact sales.

Coinciding with the pandemic, the e-commerce enabler business experienced significant growth.

Expand the services in line with evolving needs and advancements, Endeecomm recognized the crucial importance of database management and CRM programs for all companies. For that reason, Endeecomm assisted clients in collecting customer databases, processing them, and utilizing them as a medium to cultivate customer loyalty for each company.

Endeecomm developed its own database program system internally to facilitate customized data processing according to the specific needs of each client.
