QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent at least have 1-2 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience with SEO on page & off page
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress and knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics and Google Analytics
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahref, etc.)
- Have a good attention to detail
- Understand tools for Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
- Ability to generate and analyze data
- Creative and Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Willingness to learn & ability to adapt is a big plus
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

JOB SCOPE:
- Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Facebook & Instagram Ads, & Google Ads.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- Track website traffic and other metrics
